I was online looking for a church to attend while my wife and I were in Huntington for the weekend. I cam across you church and I have to say I'm excited to pay you a visit. Thanks to everyone for your prayers and comfort for my family upon the death of my dad, George Hutchinson. I would like to ask you to continue to pray for our family. My husband, Ed Clevenger is currently in Huntington and will be returning home to Fl. on Tuesday. He has been ill since Oct. and visited St Mary's e.r. on Friday. He has bronchitis and pleurisy but they also discovered he has an enlarged aorta and will need surgery. Please remember him in your prayers. God bless you all. I think of you often and pray for WCC.

I wanted to take a minute and tell everyone at WCC what a wonderful group of people we have come together every week to worship. Coming into the house of God not only glorifies Him; it not only fills you; it witnesses to the visitors that walk through the door and see your faithfulness. And you might be the only person in that building that somehow relates to that visitor... But I also challenge each of you to look within yourself and ask God "Is there anything I should or could be doing for you?" Reach out to a neighbor and offer a helping hand. Ask a co-worker if you could help them with ... whatever. Spend 5 more minutes a day in prayer. Give 5 more cents a week to God somewhere. He will take what little we offer and multiply it exceedingly. God bless each of you...

I would just like to thank Bob Huron for starting the Young Adults class on Sunday mornings. We have needed this class for some time now, and Bob realized the importance of this class and acted.
